Fundraising That Actually Works for Startups

Because pitching investors shouldn't feel like throwing darts in the dark.

Most founders spend months crafting pitch decks and chasing meetings, only to hear "not right now" or worse—radio silence. We've been on both sides of the table. Raising capital in 2025 means understanding what investors actually care about, not just what they say in blog posts.

Our approach strips away the fluff. You'll learn how to position your startup in ways that make sense to people writing cheques, build relationships that matter, and avoid the rookie mistakes that kill deals before they start.

How We Got Here

Started in a cramped office in 2019 with one belief: founders deserve better fundraising education than recycled advice from people who've never actually raised money.

2019

The Beginning

Three ex-VCs got tired of watching talented founders fail at fundraising because they followed generic advice. We launched with eight students in Sydney, teaching what actually works—not what sounds good on LinkedIn.

2021

Real Results Start Showing

Our first cohort alumni closed over $24M combined. Not because we had magic formulas, but because we taught them how investors think. Word spread. We expanded to Melbourne and Brisbane.

2023

Building the Platform

Launched online modules so founders outside major cities could access the same training. Added one-on-one pitch reviews with active investors. Started connecting program participants with each other—some of our best success stories came from peer introductions.

2025

Looking Forward

Planning intensive workshops for September 2025 focusing on AI startup fundraising dynamics. Market's changing fast—raising for AI companies needs different strategies than SaaS did three years ago. We're adapting our curriculum based on what's working right now.

Learning That Fits Your Pace

Everyone's at a different stage. Pre-revenue bootstrapper? Already generating traction? Second-time founder? The way you approach fundraising should match where you're at—and how you prefer to learn.

Self-Paced Modules

Work through frameworks and case studies whenever you have time. Good if you're still in product development and want to prepare for fundraising six months out. Starting autumn 2025 intake.

Live Workshop Series

Eight weeks, Tuesday evenings via video call. Pitch practice, investor Q&A sessions, hot seat feedback. Scheduled for October through November 2025. Works well if you're actively in conversations with investors.

Intensive Weekend Bootcamp

Two full days in person at our Sydney space. September 14-15, 2025. You'll walk out with a refined pitch, target investor list, and outreach strategy. Limited to twelve participants.

Private Coaching Track

One-on-one sessions tailored to your specific situation. Some founders need help with financial projections, others with storytelling or negotiation tactics. We customize based on your gaps.

What's Actually Happening

Numbers don't lie, but context matters. These reflect outcomes from participants who completed programs between January 2023 and March 2025.
